Jenna Wood, our newest member, came runner-up at the 2008 Area 18 Humorous Speech Contest in Gunnedah on Saturday August 23. Jenna goes on to represent Quirindi and Area 18 at the Northern Division Contest in Cessnock on Sunday September 7.

Jenna is pictured above left with the Area Contest winner Rob Philp from Tamworth.

Rob Doyle more than ably represented Quirindi in the Table Topics Contest.

Stewart's contribution during the past year in particular was recognised through the presentation of a number of the Club's annual awards. Laurie was recognised with the trophy for Most Improved.
